He was a partner at Consortium Legal from 2010 to 2018 and is returning to the firm to assume a strategic role in the development and consolidation of this practice.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prior to his career in private practice, Carlos held senior positions at the Comptroller General\u2019s Office, including Director of the Administrative Contracting Division and Director of the Legal Division. In these roles, he led prior review processes, regulatory reforms, and the analysis of some of the country\u2019s major public infrastructure contracts and projects.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201cWe are pleased to have Carlos back with us.
