Technology Manager – Costa Rica

The mission of this role focuses on providing and executing the organization’s technology strategy. It also ensures the proper and optimal use of the company’s technological tools, as well as solving the doubts and needs of people about their use.

Among its functions is the administration of processes related to hardware, software and computer services of the firm, propose and control strategies, plans, projects and procedures for the development of the area.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
  • Some Microsoft certification in infrastructure, preferably Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
  • Advanced knowledge of Office 365 platform, (Sharepoint, OneDrive, Teams, user and role management).
  • Some certification in security or commensurate.
  • Advanced knowledge of networking, PBX administration and virtualization, Azure.
  • Experience managing technology services for companies with 100+ people.
  • Advanced English.
