Tax Law professionals – Costa Rica

These positions are intended to hire associates and senior associates, active members of the firm, who have a good presence, good communication skills both in oral and written expression, who provide legal advice to the firm’s clients and support the team to which they belong with everything required for the fulfillment of the area’s objectives.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Law and active member of the Bar.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in tax consulting and litigation.
  • Immediate availability.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Package.
  • Advanced oral and written English (B2+ and above).

Additional skills required for the position. 

  • Analysis: Ability to interpret and apply complex tax regulations effectively, identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Legal Strategy: Development of sound and creative tax strategies.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner to both clients and colleagues.
  • Dispute Resolution: Experience in negotiating and resolving tax disputes, both administratively and judicially.
  • Professional Ethics: Commitment to the highest ethical standards and integrity in the practice of law.
