Administrative assistant – Costa Rica

Do you want to be part of our administrative team?

The position of Administrative Assistant fulfills a mission of support in functions of notary type, printing, filing, documentation, and administrative matters with our clients.

Requirements:

  • Completed high school degree.
  • Experience in administrative support (if it is in the legal area it is considered a plus).
  • Desirable studies in administration or accounting in process.
  • Verifiable knowledge in Microsoft Office Package.

Additional skills required for the position. 

  • Ability to maintain absolute order around the execution of the tasks entrusted to him/her.
  • General support to the work team to achieve common objectives.
  • Team player and openness to maintain positive working relationships with all members of the organization.
  • Vocation for customer service.
