The position of Administrative Assistant fulfills a mission of support in functions of notary type, printing, filing, documentation, and administrative matters with our clients.
- Completed high school degree.
- Experience in administrative support (if it is in the legal area it is considered a plus).
- Desirable studies in administration or accounting in process.
- Verifiable knowledge in Microsoft Office Package.
Additional skills required for the position.
- Ability to maintain absolute order around the execution of the tasks entrusted to him/her.
- General support to the work team to achieve common objectives.
- Team player and openness to maintain positive working relationships with all members of the organization.
