Suzanne is a partner at Consortium Legal – El Salvador with over 21 years of experience in Intellectual Property law. She has advised on the protection and defense of trademarks across industries including beverages, pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, and more.

She played a key role during the implementation of the Association Agreement with the European Union, ensuring the protection of Geographical Indications and European Designations of Origin. Suzanne has extensive experience in intellectual property litigation, including anti-piracy actions, border measures, trademark cancellations, copyright infringement, franchise and license agreements, due diligence, CAFTA-DR regulations in IP and textiles, and legal support in medical supply tenders.

She has advised on multilateral trademark transfer transactions and regulatory matters for food, beverages, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. As an international speaker, she has shared her expertise on enforcement and anti-piracy in various countries.
