Sergio is a senior associate at Consortium Legal – Nicaragua with 7 years of experience in the retail, construction, and hydrocarbon sectors. He has experience assisting in civil, corporate and insurance disputes, with strong participation in major environmental disputes and tax supervision processes. He has assisted in resolving disputes through alternative methods of conflict resolution. Additionally, he has experience in Intellectual Property and Corporate Law, with emphasis on structuring complex corporate transactions. He currently works as a Litigation Lawyer, responsible for the coordination and monitoring of judicial and arbitration proceedings of the Litigation & Arbitration Department of Consortium Legal Nicaragua.
