Sandra is a Partner at Consortium Legal – Guatemala with more than 26 years of experience in the real estate and infrastructure sectors. Her practice spans corporate, tax, financial, administrative, notarial, and estate planning law, allowing her to provide comprehensive legal advice for complex and large-scale projects.

Before joining the firm, she worked as in-house counsel for a leading real estate developer with more than 50 years of market experience, which gave her valuable insight into the needs and challenges of the industry. For over two decades, she has advised private companies on strategic planning, corporate structures, banking and finance law, real estate transactions, development of real estate projects, and sector-specific tax advisory.

In academia, she has served as Assistant Professor of Real Estate Law at the Business School of Universidad Francisco Marroquín, sharing her expertise with future professionals in one of Guatemala’s most dynamic sectors.
