Sandra is a senior associate at Consortium Legal – Honduras. She with 19 years of experience in different business sectors; she has focused her practice on administrative law, intellectual property, and legal due diligence functions.

During her career, she has specialized in the areas of trademarks and distinctive signs, patents, copyright and related rights, international conciliation and arbitration, trademark management and evaluation. She also has extensive experience in relation to the applicability of industrial designs, denominations of Origin and geographical indications, as well as in the application of the Intellectual Property Regime.

She is a specialist in the defense of Unfair Competition, signal piracy, piracy in the music industry, counterfeiting in industrial matters. She works in the Specialized Committee for Reforms to Intellectual Property Laws and its regulations.

  • In addition to his experience in the field of Intellectual Property registration such as: trademarks, patents and copyrights, his specialty is the defense of Industrial Property in cases of complaints against infringers of copyright and industrial rights.
