Roxana is a senior associate at Consortium Legal - Guatemala. With more than 8 years of experience in legal advice in the private sector, she specializes in the corporate and international areas of the energy, real estate, food and beverage industry, agricultural exploitation, hydrocarbons, among others. She has extensive experience in merger and acquisition processes, drafting of national and international commercial contracts of all kinds, due diligence processes for the development of local and international transactions, as well as general advice for companies in any sector.

During her career, she has provided legal advice in connection with the incorporation of companies, structuring of commercial groups, management of offshore companies in different jurisdictions, structuring of assets; she has also provided legal advice and services to companies in the real estate sector, preparing contracts for the marketing of their products, as well as preparing and structuring horizontal property regimes. She has also provided legal assistance in civil, labor, commercial and administrative judicial proceedings, as well as legal assistance in negotiations and alternative dispute resolution methods.
