Ricardo is an Associate at Consortium Legal – Guatemala. He has experience in legal practice across both the private and public sectors. Throughout his career, he has been involved in litigation across multiple legal areas, including labor, criminal, civil, constitutional, administrative, contentious-administrative, and economic enforcement law, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of Guatemala’s legal system.

Before joining Consortium Legal, Ricardo worked as an attorney at R&L Corporación Legal and as a legal assistant and attorney at Mayora & Mayora, Sociedad Civil. He also completed internships at the Civil Unit of the Office of the Attorney General (PGN) and at the Tenth Court of Drug Trafficking and Environmental Crimes.
