She advises companies across a broad range of industries on corporate governance, corporate compliance, and structuring complex transactions, supporting clients at every stage of their business operations and expansion.

Her practice focuses on corporate advisory services and compliance with corporate, regulatory, and governance requirements. She advises clients on the design and implementation of corporate compliance structures, multi-level corporate reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions, including cross-border transactions and legal due diligence processes. She also has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating, and documenting domestic and international financing transactions, including syndicated loans and complex security packages, representing financial institutions, investors, and corporate borrowers in sophisticated financing matters.

In the aviation sector, Olga advises and represents airlines on regulatory and compliance matters, including the procurement of permits and authorizations, as well as the legal structuring of their operations.
