She has extensive expertise in corporate restructurings, compliance within free trade zones, high-value mergers and acquisitions, and data protection matters.

She has provided corporate, contractual, and strategic advice in major transactions, including the acquisition of factories and companies, multi-million-dollar financings, and the high-value acquisition of telecommunications towers to strengthen network infrastructure in Nicaragua.

She has also advised on strategic restructurings and planning for companies under free trade zone regimes, contributing alongside government institutions to improve processes and systems for businesses operating under this regime in the country. In addition, she has provided legal advice on high-value real estate projects.
