His practice specializes in the retail, telecommunications, and banking sectors, with a strong focus on corporate law, mediation, and personal data protection. Throughout his career, he has provided strategic advice to multinational companies in highly regulated and regional environments.

He is a specialist in mediation and conflict resolution, having acted as a mediator in multiple cases in both Guatemala and the United States.
