Marisol is an Associate at Consortium Legal – Guatemala with nearly 13 years of experience advising both public and private sector clients. Her practice focuses on labor law, administrative law, and public procurement, where she has provided strategic legal solutions to companies, government institutions, and international organizations.

She has worked extensively in legal advisory for public entities and private companies, contributing to the preparation of legal opinions, legislative initiatives, and procurement processes. In academia, she has taught Labor Law at Universidad Mariano Gálvez and has advised companies in the export and advertising sectors on labor and administrative matters.

Her public sector experience includes serving as a legal advisor for the Ministries of Agriculture, Communications, and Social Development, as well as advisor to a parliamentary caucus in the Congress of Guatemala, advisor at the Human Rights Ombudsman’s Office, dialogue operator at the Presidential Dialogue Commission, and assistant prosecutor at the Public Ministry.
