Marisol Dubón


Marisol Dubón is an associate at Consortium Legal – Guatemala with almost 13 years of experience in legal advice in the public and private sectors. She has provided support for legal advice in the labor area and on State purchasing and contracting processes and supported the preparation of opinions and legislative initiatives.  In general, she has provided advice on labor and administrative matters in private initiatives and to State entities.

During her career, she has held positions as a legal advisor to public officials in the Ministries of Agriculture, Livestock and Food, Ministry of Communications, Infrastructure, Housing and Ministry of Social Development, Advisor to the Bench in the Congress of the Republic of Guatemala, advisor to the Attorney General’s Office, Human Rights, Dialogue Operator in the Presidential Dialogue Commission and Fiscal Assistant in Ministerio Publico of Guatemala. She has taught Labor Law classes at the Mariano Gálvez University and in the private sector she has provided advice to export companies and advertising.
