Maria Alejandra is a senior associate at Consortium Legal – Honduras. With 21 years of experience in the sectors of retail, consumer goods and agroindustry. She has experience as Corporate Legal Inhouse counsel for national and international Companies of a great course in Corporate Law, corporate, contractual, and regulatory nature. Her areas of practice also include commercial, environmental, labor, intellectual property, and franchising, as well as administrative law.

She has participated in strategic negotiations that are related to the development of real estate projects, corporate restructuring, as well as in legal audits of companies’ due diligence, competence, mergers, and acquisitions. She has led teams in companies of different industries and has participated comprehensively in multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions of high importance as in Honduras as well as for foreign companies.
