Luis Pedro is an associate at Consortium Legal –Guatemala. He has more than 1 year of experience within the firm, specializes in Litigation and Arbitration, with emphasis in constitutional, civil, commercial and administrative litigation.

During his career in the firm, he was a member of the Real Estate team providing support in the structuring of real estate projects, drafting of horizontal property regimes, condominium property, as well as in the drafting of civil and commercial contracts, with which he was able to strengthen skills in notarial matters and registry law.

In 2019, he participates in the Judicial Observatory of the Criminal Justice System, a program promoted by the Universidad Rafael Landivar, together with authorities of the Judiciary, the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany and the German Development Cooperation GIZ, in which through the study of judicial files, analysis of sentences and preparation of reports, a report of findings is presented with the purpose of formulating recommendations aimed at strengthening the Criminal Justice System in Guatemala.
