Lourdes is an associate in Consortium Legal - Guatemala. She has 15 years of experience in the real estate and retail sectors.  She specializes in civil, corporate, notarial, and registry law.  She has also provided legal advice related to civil and business contracts.  Given her experience with registry law, she also provides follow-up on all types of registration processes, knowing the criteria managed by the different national registries.  Nowadays, she has been working as an associate and lawyer contact for Guatemala with Walmart Mexico and Central America for 5 years.

During her career, she has been an assistant professor of labor law at the Rafael Landívar University. She also participated in the drafting of the article "El Salario," which is part of the book Manual de Derecho de Trabajo, Tomo I at Rafael Landívar University.

• She has had the opportunity to have approaches with registration authorities, to exchange and share criteria, especially in relation to real states that shows irregularities and possible solutions.
• She has participated in multidisciplinary tables that seek to expedite certain processes that are required and that can facilitate international trade and investment.
