Lissette is an associate at Consortium Legal – El Salvador. She has more than 3 years of experience in Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, and Immigration, as well as providing integral advice in the process of negotiating and closing contracts at national and international level.

She has participated in various constitutions and liquidations of companies, as well as in the incorporation of foreign companies, supporting them with the corresponding procedures and documentation to start operations in the country, as well as implementation of relevant commercial obligations. Likewise, she has participated in regularization of companies, in the adequacy of corporate governance and updating all the commercial obligations before the corresponding institutions.
