Josefina is an associate at Consortium Legal – Nicaragua, with more than 25 years of experience in consular procedures, real estate, registration, and cadastral and appraisal aspects.  In the area of commercial law, she provides advice in registration of companies that are related to the private banking and financial, agroindustrial, pharmaceutical, and tourism sectors. Her focus is oriented to the firm's policy of client follow-up as a priority. 

Throughout her career as a lawyer, she has held the distinguished positions of Special Director of South America, Director of Consular Services, and Deputy General Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Nicaragua.
