Janine is an associate at Consortium Legal – Honduras with 2 years of experience. During her career, she has completed an internship in the Legal Department of BAC Credomatic Honduras, focusing on registry investigations of real estate and corporate structures, granting loans with collateral, mortgages, or any lien as appropriate, as well as preparation and analysis of banking contracts and public deeds of release of lien. Currently, she participates in the Corporate, Intellectual Property and Banking departments, advising and managing processes for national and multinational companies; she also supports non-profit organizations such as CARE International.
