Janine is an Associate at Consortium Legal – Honduras with 2 years of professional experience. She completed an internship at the Legal Department of BAC Credomatic Honduras, focusing on real estate and corporate structure registry investigations, secured lending transactions (pledge and mortgage guarantees, or other encumbrances as applicable), and the drafting and review of banking contracts and public deeds of lien release.

Currently, she works with Corporate Department, advising and handling processes for both national and multinational companies, while also supporting non-profit organizations such as CARE International.
