Jaminie is an associate in Consortium Legal - Guatemala. With more than 12 years of experience in legal advice in the real estate and infrastructure sector, she specializes in structuring real estate projects, carrying out the entire operational legal structure, from the due diligence of the potential property to the delivery of the project to the final owners. Likewise, she has collaborated in the realization of horizontal property regimes, condominium property, mixed use, as well as the operating regulations for the operation of these.

During her career she has been involved in the corporate planification of real estate projects.  Also, she has been invited to present at conferences of various institutions, including the Property Registry, College of Lawyers and Notaries of Guatemala, Guatemalan Chamber of Construction, and the Guatemalan Notary Law Institute.

• She has participated in the development of the real estate projects, collaborating with the legal structure of the Buildings, the Condominiums, writing the regulations and the legal regime.
• In 2019, she actively participated with authorities from the General Property Registry in the training sessions for their staff.
