Grossnie is a Senior Associate at Consortium Legal – Honduras with 9 years of professional experience in corporate, administrative, commercial, customs, and tax law. Throughout her career, she has served as a legal advisor and auditor for leading multinational and national companies, including Gildan, Walmart, Tabacalera Hondureña, British American Tobacco Central America, and Molinos de Honduras.

She has been actively involved in share sales, mergers, dissolutions, corporate transformations, credit agreements, guarantees, pledges, and mortgages. Grossnie has also contributed to the Litigation and Arbitration practice area and played a key role in high-impact projects such as the opening of Nestlé Honduras’ new distribution center and the negotiations for Cinemark’s expansion into La Ceiba, Honduras. Additionally, she has served as a legal auditor for Grupo Karim’s, conducted shareholding verification processes for Larach & Cía., and advised AIG in the sale of its Honduran branch to ASSA Seguros.
