Grossnie is an associate at Consortium Legal – Honduras. With 9 years of experience in corporate law, administrative law, commercial, customs and tax law. During her career, she has been an auditor and legal advisor for multinational and national companies, such as Gildan, Walmart, Tabacalera Hondureña, British American Tobacco Central America, Mills of Honduras, etc.

She has been an active part in legal processes of sale of shares, mergers, dissolutions, transformations, granting of loans, bonds, clothing, and mortgages. Member of the Litigation and Arbitration practice area; member of the legal team in the process of opening Nestlé Hondureña’s new distribution center; member of the legal team in the negotiation process for the opening of Cinemark in the City of Ceiba, Honduras; Legal Auditor of Karim’s Group; Legal auditor for verification of shareholding in various companies of which Larach & Cia is a part; advising AIG on the sale of the Honduran branch to ASSA SEGUROS.

  • Support in the process of exemptions and applications for companies subject to the different custom’s regimes such as the Temporary Import Regime, Free Zones and Promotion of Renewable Energy Generation with Renewable Resources such as Gildan, Archroma Honduras, Molinos de Honduras and Geotermica Platanares. 
  • Support in the incorporation and compliance of standards of non-profit entities such as the Sustainable Agricultural Improvement Foundation (MAS) and Operation Smile Honduras Foundation.
  • Support in the process of revoking precautionary measure of insurance of an American company specialized in the use of ICTs before the Special Prosecutor’s Office against organized crime and the Criminal Letters Court with national territorial jurisdiction in Criminal matters.
