Gabriela is an Associate at Consortium Legal – Guatemala with 4 years of experience advising corporate clients at both national and regional levels. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate dissolutions and liquidations, incorporations of new entities, structuring of commercial and civil contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, all of which play a key role in addressing business needs.

She has advised local and multinational companies on reorganization and expansion processes, providing comprehensive legal solutions and preventive strategies. Her expertise combines transactional advisory with the implementation of sound corporate governance practices, helping strengthen legal security and business sustainability.

In the academic field, Gabriela served as Vice President of the Student Council at Universidad del Istmo and as a contributor to Vox Iuris, her Faculty’s magazine. She was also an assistant professor at Universidad Francisco Marroquín, where she taught International Organizations.
