Francisco is an associate at Consortium Legal – El Salvador with 7 years of experience, during which he has had the opportunity to work and specialize in corporate law, banking and finance, contracts, mergers, and acquisitions (M&A), foreign investment, in the sectors of the aeronautical industry, real estate, telecommunications, and professional services.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in the incorporation of foreign companies, assisting them with the necessary procedures and documentation to commence operations in the country, and initiating all relevant commercial obligations. Additionally, Francisco has participated in M&A transactions locally and regionally, supporting buyers and sellers in successfully completing the operation.

Francisco has been involved in the regularization of companies, assisting them in adapting to corporate governance and ensuring compliance with all commercial obligations before the relevant institutions.
