Francisco is a Senior Associate at Consortium Legal – El Salvador with over 15 years of experience in regulated sectors, including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, hygiene products, agrochemicals, and food.

He has extensive experience in Intellectual Property, handling trademark matters before the Salvadoran Intellectual Property Registry and coordinating international trademark portfolios. He has also represented clients in unfair competition cases, protecting trademark rights against piracy through border measures, cancellation proceedings, and nullity actions.

In addition, Francisco has advised on corporate, commercial, tax, and consumer protection law, allowing him to participate in major commercial transactions. He is also a university lecturer at Universidad Luterana Salvadoreña, teaching courses such as Commercial Law, History of Law, and Introduction to Legal Studies.
