Federico is Partner at Consortium Legal – Guatemala with more than 19 years of experience providing legal advice to private sector companies. He specializes in labor law, advising clients in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, retail, restaurants, banking and finance, real estate, and agribusiness.

He is an expert in collective labor disputes, collective bargaining, social security, and responding to labor and social security administrative authorities. He has provided legal support to subsidiaries of both national and multinational companies and has participated in significant mergers and acquisitions, focusing on labor-related implications.

Federico also has experience in the banking and financial sector, where he worked on regulatory compliance matters, and currently complements his labor practice with advisory on compliance program implementation.

In academia, he has served as a professor of Labor Law, contributing to the education of future legal professionals.
