Eduardo is an associate of Consortium Legal - Honduras. He has 8 years of experience. He is currently a member of the Litigation and Arbitration Department in Honduras, he is experienced in the corporate area and has participated in M&A processes, company transformations and capital increases. As a member of the Litigation and Arbitration team, he has participated as an Attorney for several companies, in negotiation processes, preparation and presentation of lawsuits, judicial/ arbitral hearings and other similar processes.
