Dulce is an associate at Consortium Legal – Guatemala. She currently holds the position of associate in the real estate area for the multinational Walmart Mexica and Central America. With more than 4 years of experience in legal advice and formalization of contracts in the banking and real estate sector; she specializes in the constitution of guarantees, banking products such as credits in all their modalities and trusts, as well as in real estate law, notarial law, and registry law, strengthening legal certainty in real estate traffic.

During her career, she has held positions of legal advisor in Business Banking and SME Banking at Banco Agromercantil de Guatemala, S.A. participating in processes of automation of processes and contracts, an in the application of legal design to legal contracts.
