Cynthia is an Associate at Consortium Legal – Nicaragua with 5 years of experience advising companies in Corporate Law. She has been involved in company incorporation, organization, and operation processes, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, and compliance matters for both national and international companies.

She is a former participant of the Inter-American Human Rights Moot Court Competition and has completed internships in Chile, including at the prestigious law firm Carey, as well as in technical advisory companies for the mining sector, which enhanced her international and multidisciplinary experience.
