Cristina is an associate at Consortium Legal - Guatemala. With more than 8 years of experience in legal advice in the private sector, she specializes in corporate, notarial and registry law. She is a specialist in legal structuring of real estate projects, civil and commercial contracts, deed processes, creation of horizontal property and condominium regimes and corporate governance.

During her career she has held various positions as corporate, notarial and litigation legal advisor for multiple companies in the real estate, banking, and telecommunications sectors, providing advice, among others, in due diligence processes, mergers and acquisitions, management of commercial companies, banking contracts, bidding processes and a variety of administrative and judicial processes.
