César is a Partner at Consortium Legal – El Salvador with more than 36 years of experience in litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). He has represented clients from the financial, industrial, and construction sectors, as well as individuals, in civil, commercial, labor (individual and collective), and economic criminal matters, both before judicial courts and in national and international arbitration.

He has taken part in some of the most significant cases in El Salvador and has also acted as a legal expert in proceedings before courts and arbitration panels in the United States and Europe.

His professional practice also includes serving on the boards of directors of various companies and advising on strategic negotiations involving the acquisition and sale of economic conglomerates.
