Camilo Peña


Camilo Peña is a senior associate at Consortium Legal – Guatemala. With almost nine years of experience in legal advice in the tax and corporate area, he is a specialist in the energy, food and nutritional, financial, and real estate sectors. He has experience in tax litigations, both at the administrative and judicial levels, tax advice on corporate matters, estate planning, and transfer pricing.

During his career, he has held the position of lawyer for a petroleum products distribution company for the downstream sector. He has been an Assistant Professor at Universidad Francisco Marroquín of Civil Law and Forensic Oratory courses and a full professor of Judicial Journalism course at the Universidad del Istmo.
