Astrid is a partner at Consortium Legal - Guatemala. She has more than 13 years of experience in the agrobusiness, infrastructure, energy, retail, and start-up sectors.  She has experience in public law.  She is a specialist in criminal, labor, and constitutional processes, as well as in counseling on criminal risk prevention and compliance. 

During her career, she has participated in the resolution of several criminal cases, litigating, among others, tax, trademark, and environmental issues. She has contributed to creating the firm’s compliance department, coordinating various study activities in Compliance at the regional level.
