Annette is an associate at Consortium Legal – El Salvador. With 7 years of experience in the banking and finance sectors; her main areas of practice are banking and finance; as well corporate, capital markets and fintech.

Previously, she was an in-house lawyer at the biggest commercial bank of El Salvador, actively participating in complex financial transactions, and advising in risk matters and capital markets. Additionally, she has experience managing the corporate governance of several companies: leading the negotiation of guaranty trusts, local and international loan agreements.

Upon completion of her Master of Laws from Cornell Law School, New York, she worked as an international law clerk at Holland & Knight LLP in Miami, FL. She is currently involved in complex banking and project finance transactions lead by partner Oscar Samour.
