Andrea Calvillo Sosa is an Associate in the Real Estate Practice at Consortium Legal – Guatemala. She advises developers and investors on real estate and corporate transactions, including the legal structuring of real estate projects, property regime formations, real estate acquisitions and sales, as well as the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements.

Her professional practice is complemented by a strong academic background in contract law and international commercial arbitration. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Introduction to Law, Commercial Contracts, and Commercial Law at Universidad Francisco Marroquín, and coaches the university’s team for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
