COMPLAINTS CHANNEL
Act by means of which the Firm is made aware of any fact that leads to a violation of the Code of Conduct or that compromises the safety of its members, which implies an action by the Ethics Committee.
SUGGESTION BOX
These are those proposals, observations or recommendations made by the members of the Firm, which aim to improve certain areas of the Firm such as the work environment, customer service, facilities, among others.
