Today, November 28, 2022, Governmental Agreement number 295-2022 was published in the Diario de Centroamérica, which contains the Regulations of the Electric Mobility Incentives Law, and becomes effective as of tomorrow. The purpose of the Regulation is to regulate the procedures necessary for the application of the Law, related to the application, analysis, validation, certification and approval of tax incentives.
